The Worker Power Institute's 2026 Democracy and Justice Awards Gala will welcome hundreds of community visionaries, leaders, activists, and supporters. The event will honor some of the foremost allies of working people. Former honorees include former Acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Julie Su, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, the American Federation of Teachers President, Randi Weingarten, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, Grammy Award-winning artist and activist Tom Morello, UAW International Union President Shawn Fain, and the U.S. Senator Ruben Gallego

 

 

The event will benefit Worker Power Institute's mission of preserving democracy and improving the lives of working people across Arizona and the United States. Join us!
