The Worker Power Institute's 2025 Democracy and Justice Awards Gala will welcome hundreds of community visionaries, leaders, activists, and supporters. The event will honor some of the foremost allies of working people, including former Acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Julie Su, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, Black Voters Matter co-founder LaTosha Brrown, the American Federation of Teachers President, Randi Weingarten, and the U.S. Senator Ruben Gallego. We are also thrilled to announce that our entertainment for the evening will be provided by Raul Pacheco, of the three-time Grammy Award-winning band Ozomatli! 

 

 

The event will benefit Worker Power Institute's mission of preserving democracy and improving the lives of working people across Arizona and the United States. Join us!
